Beach Bliss: A Coastal Retreat

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Any evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning fees. No parties or events. The rental is intended for quiet enjoyment and respect for our neighbors. Maximum occupancy: 14 - unless otherwise approved by the host. Parking: No more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. There is additional parking for overflow down the street. Parking in the cul-de-sac is also prohibited. Pets: No pets allows. Please be respectful of the neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, parking in designated areas, and following local regulations. Use of amenities: Pool heating is available upon request with an additional charge. Please inquire if interested. Damage and security deposit: All guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
